ORDER & DELIVERY POLICY
All orders placed through the website are subject to FK Sports Nordic acceptance. This means that FK Sports Nordic acceptance may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason and without liability. If we are unable to supply the goods requested, we will cancel the order and any pending transactions promptly. Please be aware that funds may take several days to reallocate in your account. Pre-order dates are provisional and although we receive most stock on time, we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred for your time or services paid for if there are delays in receiving stock from our suppliers or eventual non-supply of product.
DELIVERY EU – DENMARK, SWEDEN AND FINLAND

Please note that the shipping cost of the Slinger Bag is already included in the price for orders with a destination of Denmark, Sweden and Finland. DELIVERY NORWAY (EXPORT)
We aim to keep delivery charges to a minimum and only cover our costs with either GLS or DSV. The shipping cost and customs clearance of the Slinger Bag is already included in the price for orders with a destination of Norway. All orders that are shipping to Norway are treated as ‘Exports’. Such shipments are zero-rated for VAT purposes meaning that no VAT will be charged on your invoice from FK Sports Nordic. When shipping ‘export’ orders, FK Sports Nordic is legally bound to complete a custom’s declaration detailing the shipment contents, value, commodity code and recipient details. Please note that the recipient of the goods will be required to pay VAT charges locally before they are able to claim the parcel. Expected delivery time for orders confirmed is:
- 1-5 business days to Denmark, Sweden and Norway.
- 3-8 days to Finland.
Should the delivery time deviate from this you will be contacted.
We receive debit cards as shown in the shop, all payments are without fees. FK Sports Nordic also accepts direct bank Transfer according to order confirmation or Mobile Pay.
Using the Bambora online ePay, the amount is reserved in your account when the purchase is completed, and is not deducted until we have sent your package and you have received an order confirmation and receipt.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
It is a prerequisite that
- The item appears as new and unused
- The product is returned in original packaging
- All marks are on the item
- Seals not broken
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The message must be given when sending an email. In your notice, please make us clear that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You cannot undo by simply refusing receipt of the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 8 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must incur expenses related to the return of the item.
PLEASE NOTE we do not receive packages sent per demand.
Include a copy of order confirmation / invoice in the shipment.
Upon return, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the goods until it is received with us.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get back the amount you have paid to us. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted. The amount will be refunded once the item has been received.
Your Slinger Launcher automatically comes with a 12 month Limited Warranty (24 months Limited Warranty for EU member markets) against workmanship and part defects and this commenced on your date of purchase. By registering your details here on our warranty page your Slinger Launcher Warranty will be extended by an additional 2 years (an additional 1 year for EU member markets), starting on the expiry of your 1 year warranty.
It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other harmful behavior.
How fast should I advertise?
You must advertise within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you advertise within 2 months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

Note! We do not receive packages sent per demand or similar.
Keep in mind that the item must always be returned in proper packaging and remember to get a
receipt for shipment so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.
